All of our representatives are degreed individuals
from diverse backgrounds with hand-on operation
experience of biological treatment processes.

Our Treatability Lab is one of our many tools used to predict
and troubleshoot problems for multiple industrial waste streams.

We don’t just sell products, but turn key Product Programs
that link our products to regular laboratory testing and technical
assistance together to keep biological treatment systems fully optimized.

The influent calcium concentration (522.8 mg/l) is up substantially and the North Bio mixed liquor and south bio mixed liquor has significant calcium carbonate precipitated throughout the biological floc. Normally, for toxicity reasons, flocculation enhancement, reduction in effluent TSS and sulfide precipitation, I am a strong advocate of increasing the influent calcium concentration; however, due to the high concentration of non volatile solids in the mixed liquor and the excessive calcium carbonate visually evident upon microscopic examination, the increased influx of calcium needs to be defined. Additional influent and mixed liquor testing via AA EPA Method 3111 needs to be...
